Information you provide

When you send an enquiry, we may receive your name and phone number, plus your email address, location, requirement and the product you are asking about when you choose to provide them.

How it is used

KK Services uses enquiry information to understand your request, respond about Phoenix note counting machines and continue the conversation you started. Product enquiries may be associated with the product selected on the website.

Handling your enquiry

Enquiry information is handled for the purpose of responding to your request and managing that conversation. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other information that is not needed for your enquiry.

Website analytics

This website uses a simple analytics system that we run ourselves. No third-party analytics service is used. We use it to understand which pages and products visitors look at and how many people contact us, so that we can improve the site.

When you visit, your browser stores a randomly generated identifier in its local storage on this site. It is not based on your name, phone number, email or any other detail about you. It stays in your browser until you clear this site's data, and a new identifier is created on your next visit. We use it only to count visits.

For each event, we record: the identifier, the time, the page address, and the event type. Event types are page views, product page views, starting and submitting the enquiry form, and clicks on the WhatsApp and call links. We also record the website you came from (its address only, not the full link) and whether your device looks like a mobile device or a desktop computer.

The analytics records do not include your IP address, your browser's full user-agent text, or anything you type into the enquiry form. They are stored separately from enquiry details and are not linked to your name, phone number or email.
